07 — DATA AND SECURITY

Data and security.

What we can and cannot say today. Ask for anything not covered here.

Q1Where does the work run?+

Production runs on [cloud provider] in [region]. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are only accessible to the named production team and the reviewers you invite.

Q2Are our assets used to train models?+

No. Your guideline, briefs, brand files and the ads we produce are not used to train models — ours or any third party's.

Q3Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?+

Not yet. That is why the pilot asks only for a brand guideline and one brief: no customer data, no ad-account access, no logins to your systems.

Q4What exactly do you need for the pilot?+

Your brand guideline, one live brief, and logo and font files if they are not already in the guideline. Nothing else.

Q5Can we have our files deleted?+

Yes. On request at any time, and automatically [n] days after a pilot ends if you do not continue.
